| The Vision
In 1985 the Lord set in, the heart Bishop Neville Smith a vision that
would provide a further means for God's people to know God and a further
opportunity for them to experience "unity of the spirit" through
the Holy Spirit and God' inspired Word.
In Proverbs 29:18 the scripture tell us, "Where there is no
vision, the people perish." Vision carries a meaning of supernatural
sight and purpose. In other words seeing something beyond natural means
and beyond natural understanding.
The Vision of Radnor Road Christian Fellowship: -
-
To teach the Body of Christ who we are in Christ Jesus.
- To teach the Body of Christ who Christ is in us.
To equip the local churches to be like a spiritual hospital for the
Body of Christ to be ministered to and to minister.
- To bring the Body of Christ in Bermuda as races together in unity
and in Christ's love by the Word of God.
To minister the Word of God in other, Christian Assemblies
(including Sunday mornings or evenings.) teaching and preaching,
taking a team of Christian Believers to help.
To flow as the Body of Christ in worship and praise in the anointing
of the Holy Spirit and in the supernatural gifts of the Spirit.
- To minister overseas as God opens the doors.
To preach the Word of God in anointing power to convict men of sin
and welcome them to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
- To reach out in love to those in need both at home and abroad.
Basic Beliefs
We believe that God love the world so much that Jesus Christ was
born on the earth, in accordance with the Scripture, to make it
possible for all mankind to obtain eternal life through the life,
sacrificial death, and resurrection of Jesus the only Son of God, and
that in Him alone is forgiveness of sins and eternal life found. (Acts
4:12, John 3:16, & John 14:6)
We believe there is one God who is three persons, namely God the
Father, God the Son who is Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Ghost, and
that authority is given to the Church to make disciples, baptize, and
to teach all people to obey God's Word. (Matt. 28:18-20)
We believe that the Church is the "Body of Christ;" that
each Christian is a member of the Body of Christ and that every member
has a spiritual gift or gifts to be used to edify one another as a
ministry in the Church. (1 Corinth. 12:11 & 27)
We believe that it is a privilege of each member of the Body of
Christ, to partake of the Lord's Supper or Holy Communion, and that to
do so is to be reminded of the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ until
He returns for the Church. (1 Corinth. 11:23-26)
We believe it is the privilege and is expected of all believers in
Christ Jesus to do the works of Jesus and even greater works, as a
result of the Holy Spirit who dwells in them. (John 14:12)
We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ, and therefore each
Christian, will at a time appointed by God, be received personally by
Jesus, whether the Christian is dead or alive at the time of His
coming (1 Thess. 4:13-17 & 1 Corinth. 15:51-54)
We believe that the return of Jesus Christ is imminent; that He will
live with His people, and at that time there will no longer be pain,
death, grief or crying, because He will make all things new, and we
shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is. (1 John 3:2;
Revelation 21:3-4 & Revelation 21:12 & 20
